Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Loyalty points are credited once the purchase is successfully completed.

Loyalty points are valid for one (1) year from the date they are earned.

Expired points cannot be reinstated, reactivated, or refunded under any circumstances.

Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Pets Houses reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions

The gift card is valid for one (1) year (12 months) from the date of issuance.

The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.

Gift cards cannot be returned after purchase.

The gift card may be used to purchase products available on the website only. It cannot be used at any Pets Houses branches or at the veterinary clinic, and is subject to the applicable terms of use.

If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an available payment method.
