Delivery & Shipping Options

Within Riyadh City:
We offer delivery within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding Fridays, or in case the product runs out of stock during order preparation.

We also provide same-day delivery within Riyadh for orders completed before 12:00 PM.

Other Cities in the Kingdom:

• We ship to all regions of the Kingdom, and delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days.
• Delivery may take up to 14 days for remote areas and will be assigned to another shipping company that covers the region.

During high-demand periods such as sales or seasonal promotions, delivery may take 10 business days or more from the shipping date. Delivery within Riyadh may take up to 4 business days from the shipping date.

Shipping Fees

• A flat shipping fee of 17 SAR applies to all orders within the Kingdom.

• Free shipping is automatically applied to orders valued at 199 SAR or more.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that the address, Short National Address, and contact number are entered correctly. Failure to provide the Short National Address correctly may result in delivery delays.
If any error leads to a failed delivery, resulting in the cancellation or return of the shipment, the applicable fees will be charged in accordance with the Return and Cancellation Policy, without exception.
